EGW 20moa base and Vortex rings?

Would this setup workout pretty well on a mid to long range build?

Scope is a 6.5x20x44 Vortex Viper and rifle is most likely going to be a Savage 10 Predator Hunter Max in 6.5creedmoor

Should work. I have a Rem 700 with EGW HD base and used the high Viper rings with a 4-16x44 HS-T, only used high because I have a XLR evolutiob chassis and needed it. Theres about .4'' from the botton of my bell to the barrel, at least.
that EGW rail is a fraction higher than the HD model too. that should keep your bell right above tehbarrel.

The Vortex Precision Matched rings are working just fine on my R700 target build.
