I was wondering if anybody here on CG has a Barrett 99 and what scopes are you using for it? I'm trying to do my homework before I buy a scope for the gun.

I have two 50BMG rifles. One is a Viper which is an improved copy of the Barret99.
I have Nightforce NXS 5.5X22X56 NP-R2 scopes on them and am very happy. They have not given me any trouble and work well out as far as I have shot it which is a little over 1400 yards. The NP-R1 reticle is also popular for the 50BMG.A 30cal will reach out and touch them. A 50cal will kick their butt.
