Warne rings - nice!

I just got my first set of Warne rings (200m) on my .308 American with a prostaff 3-9x40. Man these are beefy and solid as hell!
I originally bought a pair of weaver quadlocks for this setup (they work great on my 10/22 in this configuration), but after the first trip to the range, they shot loose and it was over all from there... after wasting $35 worth of ammo
After doing some research and seeing tons of on these rings (thanks CGers ) I decided to buy a set.
We'll see how they do on their first trip out, but im thinking it will be spectacular !

Good that you found some kit that works for you. I'm using Vortex Precision Matched Riflescope Rings and have a similar experience. Solid as rock with dual-screw mounting cams and dual screw ring halves. Couldn't be more pleased.
I changed scopes and was able to switch to the "low" size and these "mediums" are for sale in the marketplace.

Those vortex rings look stout too. Fortunately for me, warne has a ring height guide on their site and i was able to get the correct size out of the gate.
I like the fact that vortex and warne are us made!

The scope I removed had a 56mm objective. The new one is only 50mm, which allowed me to drop some ring height, is all.
