Primary Arms 1-4X Illuminated scope

Looking at the Primary Arms 1-4X Illuminated scope for my AR in 7.62x39

While I want the new and coming ACSS in 7.62x39 it will be a while before it's out and I would have to save some more to get it but I can get one this now and look at the ACSS later.

I have read quite a few reviews and it's mostly great things. Just wondering a few things:

Anyone want to add new opinions or first hand reports for this scope?

I like the cost, looks and excepted weight of the PA reduced upgraded mount at $19. Anyone with opinions on this mount? Anyone know the weight on this?

Lastly, anyone want to try explain picture #5 to me or am I just having a brain fart and missing the obvious

Looks like they're listing out the dimensions of the features in MOA (probably at the 4x setting)

Radius of the dot = 1moa, diameter 2moa
Thin lines =0.75moa
thick lines = 5moa
thick to thin transition happens 15moa away from center of reticle.
thin line stops 3moa away from center (or 2moa away from edge of dot)

I am looking for a 1x4 illuminated for my dad for his ak, he needs some magnification. I love the price point but everywhere ive read says you cant see the illumination in daylight. Theres a pretty good youtube video of comparisons by a couple guys, search primary arms 1x4 and it will come up. I think im gonna go with either millet dms, Mueller speedshot or leatherwood cmr. Good luck

CMR cant be seen in bright daylight either. However the clarity is AMAZING for its price point.
