    Scope my future Benjamin Marauder

So I have my sights set on a Benjamin Marauder 25cal air rifle and I want to mount a good set of glass on it. I think I am leaning more towards a mil-dot scope. I am interested in spending the value of the airgun itself (500 bucks) on a good scope.

    Any suggestions?

Look into the Leupold EFR 3-9. Made to be able to focus close range for airgun shooting.

I use a PA micro dot on my 22cal. It has never lost 0! I shoot my pellet gun 25-50 yards and don't need glass for that.

Make sure it has an AO that will focus down to 25yds or less. I have a $70 centerpoint on mine and it works great and a Vortex crossfire on another air rifle. What are you planning to do with it? Benchrest? Hunting? Field Target?

Hunting primarily. Vermin abound and need a check...

The centerpoint works great for hunting on mine. I keep a holdover chart on the scope cover for 6x and 12x. When it's over 50 yds, I usually range with the AO at 12x and consult the chart. I leave it at 6x for closer ranges. I think the centerpoint is the most popular for hunting with the marauder. If you want better quality, you have many options. Nikko Stirling Nighteater, Hawke sidewinder 30 tactical , Burris Timberline, VX-II Leupold 3-9 X 33 EFR, Bushnell Elite 4200 6-24 X 50 Tactical, etc
Just look for an AO that focuses down to 25yds, and a mildot reticle.
