    ocular lens

The focus of the ocular lens is loose (in the middle of the adjustment length) and at the point where it is in focus for me (it moves slightly up and down, 1/16 or so). It is tight is at either end of the adjust length. Any ideas?????

Sounds like crappy assembly or machining of parts leading to a sloppy fit.

    What make/model is it?

Yes it is cheap scope, AIM sports, they are in Ontario and i just got off the phone with them. Taking it in next tuesday and the tech is going to give me a new scope. They have a lifetime fix or replace policy, we'll see how it goes. Bought cheap and won't do that again with optics.

Well, at least if you can swap it on the shop then you can look the new one over in the shop in front of them. I'm not gonna say you need to spend tons on a scope, but something like primary arms might be a better consideration on a budget in the future.

Yes they replaced it with an updated model, very easy to deal with.
