Makes no sense to me. The Elcan already has an illuminated reticle so the Eotech won't "complement" the Elcan like in the post above with the Eotech mounted in tandem with a traditional rifle scope.

Based on the forward cant of the Eotech, and the image artifacts ("jaggies") on the front edge of the Eotech (left side in the photo), my guess is that the Eotech image was photoshopped into that picture.

Oh oh, I know! He was issued both an EOTech and an Elcan and decided to mount them both, just in case one failed, or just so no one steals the one he left in his wall locker? Hey, I saw a few guys mounting their M4 carry handles on the weak side of their RAS back in Mosul
