    V-PLEX or Dead Hold BDC

I am in the process of purchasing a Vortex Viper 4-16x44 for a 22" 6.5 Grendel.

I can not decide on if I should do a V-Plex or the BDC reticle. What are all your recommendations? This will be for target shooting and also some varmint hunting too. I am a little swayed towards the BDC just because it gives me something to play around with, but just wanted some input from others.

    Thanks

BDC will be a little more versatile than the V-plex. Figure out the holds in the BDC and how they corrospond to your round, should open up the range of your rifle quite a bit over point shooting with the V-plex.

Thanks. I think I am going to go the BDC route.

Between the two the Dead Hold BDC reticle... There is no downside to that reticle over the V Plex
