    Scope ID

Was looking for some help identifying a scope I picked up and thought someone here may able to help.

Reportedly came off a 1970'ish Rem 700 .25-06. Fixed 4 power. Has "TEXAN MARK 4X" on eyepiece side. Initially thought Norman-Ford but now I'm not so sure.

Anyway, any help would be much appreciated!

"The Norman-Ford Co. of Tyler, Texas introduced their Texan line of high quality scopes in the early 1950's. The 4x Texan was made between (1953-1958) and is 12.5 inches long & weights 9 oz. They offered both internally adjustable & fixed tube externally mount adjustable models. There is a collectors value to these vintage scopes."
