ZERO QUESTION

Ok, I got my rifle and scope...and they are great!
Now I need to Zero the scope...

I read many things about it but, I have still one question:
After adjusting the scope by ckicking here and there (horizontal and vertical adjustments) I believe that my scope turrets settings will not anymore be on the Zero.
Of course I would like my rifle to shoot straight , but I would like also the turrets to be pointed on Zero after the adjustments.

Is it possible? what do you guys do?

If you look at the turrets, do you see a set screw? If not, does the dial lift up against a spring? If you see a set screw, loosen it barely and move the dial to the 'new' zero after you get it dialed in at 100yds.

If spring loaded, lift, turn to the 'new' zero.

I think you have a Mark IV, right? If you do, I know the manual can be a bit overwhelming, but read it several times. Some good info in there on zeroing and windage issues.
