    Big game Scope

Need some quick advice, my scope on my model 70 went south last trip, what should i look into? I hunt mostly deer and pig. Not looking for anything fancy as i usually hunt national forest and beat my gear up. I was looking at redfields, anything in that price range would work for me. also need rings to go with it. thanks for the help

Leupold 3X9X40 with a duplex reticle. If not get the American made Redfield of the same specs. It is made by Leupold with the same warr. If you have alittle more money get the Leupold 3.5X10X40.
      With either use low rings.

Especially since you say you beat up your equipment.
You say you need rings but what bases do you have?

I have leupold bases, I'll prolly stick with a Redfield. Seems like the best bang for the buck

Excellent choice if you get the American made model. You probably have 1" rings with those bases so just reuse them or get new LOW Leupold rings. Be sure to get the correct ones as far as how they lock into the base(s).
