Scope suggestions? 54r Long Range

Hey guys,
I'm getting a VEPR 54r 20.5 inch V2 that I plan to set up for long distance shooting. I've got a Black Horse Arsenal adjustable SVD stock and I have ordered very sturdy one-piece mount from NPZ Optics, and I'm now looking for a good scope to put on the rifle. I'm hoping to shoot out to about 600 yards, perhaps 700 depending on the accuracy of the rifle with match ammo.

Here are my preferences:
1. Around $500-700. I'm looking for something nice, but I'm not made of money. In my experience, there are a multitude of good scopes around this price range.
2. 10x or higher magnification on the high end.
3. Plenty of adjustment, in fact I'd prefer a 30mm tube.
4. Prefer non-illuminated. For me that'd just add unnecessary weight/complexity
5. Finger-adjustable turrets are greatly preferred.

Man i dont want to spoil all the fun , ammo is very important forget surplus if you want good results at 600+,reloads dont think so,Vepr,Saiga chew the brass like a MF,qualety stuff will cost you .Just have fun with it shoot 300-400 yards don need to spent 700+ for a glass and not even know if it will hold zero with that setup.Look at PO 3.5X21P ,i have it on my Vepr 23" hit everething that moves at 300+ yards
