So I'm in the market for a new red dot sight and was wondering what are the main differences between the Aimpoint Micro T-1 and H-1? Read up on there descriptions but can't really tell. Just a little bit of a price difference but was wondering about performance and specs. Any help appreciated. Thanks CGers.

Get the t1. Dont box yourself in a corner. T1 has nv capability and waterproof deeper. You never know 1 day you might get some nvg's.Homer Simpson gun safety: "This is the trigger, and THIS is the part you point at whatever you want to die..."

If you're really pinching pennies then I'd recommend the H1. But at the same time, I feel like the extra $50 for the T1 isn't that much in the grand scheme of things, especially when you're spending $600+ for an optic.
I personally went with the T1 because I thought the extra $50 was worth it just for the better finish (the H1 that I inspected had a shinier black finish). I like the color of my optics to match my upper as much as possible.Originally posted by G.
