celestron spotting scope.... good starter scope?

definitely on a budget, looking for decent spotting scope. Starting out at 100 yards to 200 yards. Saw this since I had a gift card.

The C90 Mak is a good scope for the price. A lot of shooters that do several hundred yard shooting like them but in general yes Celstron makes some nicely valued products for spotting.
