You're talking about a $100 red dot vs a $400 red dot come on dude.

I'd get something with a tube without it you have to deal with parallax.

I love my Bushnell TRS-25. Alamo Four Star makes an awesome mount for it (http://www.alamofourstar.com/index.p...emart&Itemid=2). My TRS-25 has held up just fine, and I highly recommend it. It's a very economical and robust red dot. --1911ShooterPhil

They are both $100 dots. One seems to be a copy of an aimpoint micro t1 and the other a trijicon rmr. For the price I am wondering the same thing myself

            Red Dot HELP

I ran a TRS-25 on an ultimate railed gas tube on my Saiga .223... Put a TON of rounds through it - the sight sitting on top of the piston movement - and it held zero like a champ!!

Saw the FDE version on DVOR yesterday or today for $85!

            Good little guy!!

neither of those are $400... Bushnell doesn't even make a $400 RDS "come on dude"

OP, they are different styles - it's more about preference than anything else.

For me, it would be a question of which I prefer between an Aimpoint Micro and Trijicon RMR, since that's what Bushnell copies.

I personally prefer the Trijicon RMR over the Aimpoint Micro so I would go with the Bushnell First Strike between those choices.

I run a 1st Strike on one of mine. Bought it out of curiosity. Use a 1/2" UTG riser under it and it co-mingles perfectly with my irons.

I was surprised how well it works. I run it with the rear sight folded down and the front sight up. Lines up quick and very accurate out to 100 yds or so. Good reflex for the money.
