    micro BUIS and red dot

So I am finishing my new build, spikes tactical with 14.5" barrel w/ pinned dynacomp with a 13.2" spikes bar rail and I am debating on what sights/optic I want to run on it, its mostly a CQB rifle so I was thinking a mini BUIS and micro red dot, anyone running a combo like this?

For CQB, I'd recommend either an Aimpoint Micro (PRO if you're on a budget) or Eotech EXPS.

For BUIS, I'd go with Troy sights (Magpul MBUS if you're on a budget).

What price range are you looking at?

AIMPOINT H1, T1, or the PRO. If price is an issue you can do the Vortex SPARC for the price this little RED-DOT sights rock for the price.

BUIS I would recommend the MagPul or TROY.

Yeah it really depends on your budget. Also red dots are hard for people with astigmatisms so heads up on that. I like the Bushnell TRS-25 for a mini dot with a Magpul bus for budget minded people.

not really too concerned with a budget, maybe 700-1k for optic...

Im running an Aimpoint H1 RDS w/ Troy battlesights on my AR. Very lightweight combo and one of the best IMO.

I think you only get lower 1/3 co-witness with the micro iron sights and red dot. If you want absolute co-wit then go with standard iron sights to match with your red dot choice.

With your price range being $700 to $1k I would recommend get the AIMPOINT 12172 CompM4s 2MOA with QRP2 mount $813.00 but if your interested ask for a price and I'm sure you will like it.
