NcStar Red Dot Sight question

Hi;
I have a NcStar red dot sight model DAB 1x 25, I need to adjust for elevation to correct 1.5 inches higher the shot, does anybody knows how many turns or measures of turn I need to reach that elevation or in this kind of sights is a trial and error question I mean just turning the screw and test

what distance are you shooting at? Also it should say on adjustment nobs what each click mean. IE 1 click = 1/4 MOA.

This is a simple red dot sight do not have a click like the scopes, only a hex screw that you turn right or left but that make me think if there is some kind of measure for instance 1/4 of turn or so related with the correction in inches at the target

You could try a laser bore-sighter and that should get you close with some fine-tuning left over for the range.

However, you'll often find that the inexpensive equipment from companies like NC Star offer limited features, unreliable adjustments, and fair-poor survivability.

Even if you manage to get it to zero, it may not hold that zero for long.

With optics, you really do get the "you get what you pay for" reality.
