Can I borrow your Torque driver? (Concord)

So I've had a Remington 700 w a Vortex Viper scope sitting on some Seekins Lows and base for longer than I'd like to admit. I've had a couple people who know who have torque drivers who said they'd lend me theirs but they've been flakey.

Anyone in the Concord area have one I can borrow? I have collateral.

I just want to get my optics mounted.

Percision tools are out of the question for me, and probably for any other machinist or mechanic who takes pride in his equipment.

Harbor freight has torque wrenches cheap. And they work good enough. I have 1/4 3/8 and 1/2 drive harbor freight tools that I've tested against my matco sets. They were all pretty much on the money.
