Midrange 4X fixed scope

Seems like there is only el cheapo Ncstar tacticrap for $90 or an ACOG for $1200.

Does anybody make a quality ~$300-$400 4X fixed compact scope?

Primary Arms also has their own version... pretty much looks like the above optic.

In that price range, you can start looking at 1-4x low power variables. I prefer them over my TA31F ACOG... very versatile and more options to look at.
