Sig Nite Sights .357 vs .40???

    Hi everyone,

I have a P239 in .357 with standard sights and am looking to order Sig Nite Sights for it. Problem is that I'm also looking for a .40 barrel and mags.

Sig's store shows 9mm/.357 or .40/.45 as the options. I understand that each caliber will fire differently and the PIA should be adjusted accordingly.

I have read along the lines that using Trijicon sights would hold true for both.

I need to figure this out as I will be doing the same for the 229 that I will be getting.

What did you multi-barrel guys do? I would assume that it's the same for other brands also.

    Any help fellas?

I suppose that I could send the pistol into Sig for service and have them install the sights via Sig SSP, however the pistol only has 500 rounds through it and still practically new.

Point of impact is not that different for the two calibers on the same combat sights. It's not an Olympic match pistol anyway.
