    Lets talk about Sheppard Scopes.

Just recently found out of these scopes and was wondering about their quality, reliability, and ruggedness.

Anyone have any experience with these?
    It'll be going on a remington 700 20 inch bull barrel 30.06.
Im looking for a solid 800 yard setup.

Starting to see why I just heard of them,
No one else seems to know about them!

My cousin had the 6-18 model for a short time, with that said, you can do a Google search and see many mixed reviews.

BTW, there are only a handful of rifle scopes that SWFA will not take on trade and Shepherd is one of them.

I have used one on a friends rifle and liked it.
I have another friend that uses them on his hunting rifles and will use nothing else. He does allot of hunting.
I would use them but have Leupolds on all my hunting rifles and extras in my safe.
A 30cal will reach out and touch them. A 50cal will kick their butt.

Never heard of em and I'm an optics fiend.

Just looked them up... the reticle is laughable.

Nice and rare nowadays to have an AO which would probably give you nicer clarity, but that's if there's clarity to begin with.

Covered turrets so these are hunting scopes basically.
