You don't need it but its a great feature.

For the xtra $$ in think its totally worth it....I wouldn't go without it IMO

If you shoot off a bench, it's not needed. If you run 10 mil knobs, it's probably not needed.

If you shoot tactical competitions, you'd be at a disadvantage without it.

Def not needed for hunting.

I'm thinking about getting the SWFA SS 10x42 model
pros and cons to that?
