VX-2 6-18x40 LRV Duplex worth putting on a 22-250 TC Dimension

The 6-18x40 is longer and heavier than the 4.5-14x40 but doesn't gain anything in clairity and what it gains in magnafication it looses in light transmission. I would go with a 4-12x40 VX 2 or step up to a 4.5-14x40.

Great scope especially for blasting squirrels! I've used the 20 power on squirrels at distance a bunch. you'll use that 18 power a lot.Comment
