    Can anyone give me any feed back on the Barska ac10984' looking to install it on my AR. Trying to compare the strikefire and the Barska

    There is no comparison .
    Strikefire hands down IMO go watch some reviews on you tube.. strike fire is a legit red dot.

          its a cheap optic that will break after a few months of use. Its not manufactured to a standard that allows any more then careful range use and even then the recoil from some .223/5.56 will kill it.

          For a .22 used carefully in a range type setting you should be good for a very long time.
          For a .223, 20" Barrel rifle shooting 40gr-55gr you will probably get a few thousand rounds of use.
          For a 16" carbine shooting 62gr 5.56 while hiking, hunting, (with all the repeated bumps and bangs associated with this type of use) I would bet you get a few hundred shots at the most.
