Eotech XPS or eotech Exps?

Can anyone tell me the difference other than the controls on the sides and the QD? Thanks, I see that they are only $40 difference and I'm thinking that's the only difference for the price. Thanks again!

EXPS sits higher on the rail and provides 1/3 co-witness if you use iron sights. I think it gives you a clearer sight picture and prefer the higher sight plane.

Other than that the optic portion is identical. A preference thing more than anything.

I have an EXPS2-0 and I REALLY like it. You can't understate the usefulness of the QD levers. It can come off and back on (holding Zero) in 2 seconds. I don't especially like the big thumbscrew option.

the E version sitting higher is a big help, also puts buttons on the side where they should be. In back sucks on the xps, and makes it impossible to use magnifiers or nightvision.
