Microdot on CZ Carbine?

Need some advice here. I'm buying a CZ 527 carbine (bolt-action) and since it is meant to be a short-range "brush" gun, I was wanting some optics that are good for up-close, fast acquisition (my eyes don't pick up the iron sights very well). Is it possible, or even feasible, to mount an Aimpoint Microdot H-1 on this rifle? If not, what would work? Thanks for any advice you can give me.
