No. I had to call four days later for someone to put me on hold while they call the warehouse only to let me know they won't restock that item till march 15th at the earliest. No thanks. Same trailer different park. I ordered a scope and not listed as in stock or our of stock. So I buy it only to find out 1 week later when I call to get a track that they do not have it. Dont bother with this poorly managed company.

I just ordered a Leupold Mark AR from opticsplanet. Their price was the best and it shipped super fast! No hidden fees, etc. I just wish I would have had a coupon!!!

For people with bad experiences regarding stock/out of stock on online stores: a lot of times those issues are beyond the control of the site because they are drop shipping from the manufacturer and the manufacturers inventory is not correct or isn't updated frequently. I suppose you could lay blame on the retailer, but by drop shipping things, they are able to save money and therefore offer better prices.

The above is especially true due to panic. Many gun-related sites are trying so hard to meet demand and its very difficult to get the manufacturers (who are also slammed) to properly update their inventory.

Optics planet suck. Their shipping prices are awful. Talk about getting screwed on the back end because of ridiculous shipping prices. I was trying to but an $8 item and the shipping was $13. Go figure.

I've had a vortex sparc on backorder with them since December. Keep pushing the in stock date back further and further. If I don't get it out by march I'm gonna cancel my order as well

you are fooling yourself if you think its beyond there control. You are also making excuses for them. Other companies who offer REAL TIME stock checks don't have this level of trouble.

I have bought multiple items from them. I have always received great service along with decent or free shipping. Was contacted recently within a day or two when an item I purchased was out of stock with no ETA. They applied 10% off to the replacement scope I selected. I have been happy with my purchases from them.

few minutes later
"there are 7 people ahead of you"
etc. etc. etc. until I got down to
"there are three people ahead of you"
then after being on hold for about 10 to 15 minutes----
"would you like to leave a message as our store is now closed!"
Well, I left them a message about my experience and what I thought of their customer service-I was polite.
They missed out on an $1000 dollar sale of a Vortex PST and Burrris mount
Won't buy from them no matter what the discount coupon is.
For me: customer service trumps price.
