I placed an order with optics planet on oct 5. all items I ordered are listed in stock all the time. since then the order status either pending or canceled and reordered. today's status is returned. each time I call support the answer is that everything is processed and would be shipped within either 24 or 48 hours. the last conversation took place 10 min back. I asked why the order status online is returned and the rep answered me that everything is fine and processed. I understand that mistakes happen in any line of business. However in this case I ran out of any reasonable explanation of what is going on with my order of items listed in stock.
