Please help me identify this bushnell scope

Hi guys, can someone please help me identify this. I got this scope along with my rifle when I purchased it consigned. The vendor could not identify the model so I was wondering if maybe you guys could. There no model or serial or anything stamped on the scope.

I know its a Bushnell sportview but thats about it. If it helps, the outer diameters are 1-5/8" and 1-7/8"

    Quick google search turns up:

My guess is low end 3-9X32 (or possibly a 40mm objective). There are several on fleabay and Natchez has one but it is out of stock. None of them reach the $100 point.

hmmm that one in the link, the lenses look a tad bit smaller than mine. Is there an easy way to find the specs of a scope?

also, what do the numbers do? and how do i rotate it? its stiff as hell lol

Well, the numbers are the zoom level. You grab that knob and twist to rotate. If it is stiff it may have had something spilled on it, not rotated in a long long time, or it could be broke.

To be honest that is one cheap scope so spending a lot of time on it might not be the best use of your resources. There are a bunch of instructional videos on youtube that will show you virtually everything you can imagine related to scopes, using them, sighting them in, etc.

Wow I'm dumb. Yesterday I took off the ring mounts, and low and behold, the model number was right under there. It is infact the 3-9x40 thanks Iloveguns.
