Shout out to Primary Arms

I wanted to share my experience I had with Primary Arms.... I bought a PA red dot sight a few months back to run on one of my ars. After lots of use the battery cap somehow striped off... I emailed pa and they responded right away. Within a day they shipped out a new battery cap and provided a tracking number. they offered to replace the unit but explained they are all back ordered. They asked to try the battery cap and report back.....

Overall a 1st class customer service experience......
