Spotting Scope Suggestions?

I'm looking to purchase a spotting scope and was looking for suggestions.

The spotting scope would used casually mainly at the range for targets as far as 100 yards, sometimes up to 200, shooting with a .22 and larger caliber

I just ordered a celestron C-90, not water proof .. but i've read a lot of reviews lately. Being on a budget it fits for me. $150 for fixed 39x or $200 with the 39x - 100x power eye peice. zoom eye piece alone is $57 as a later upgrade. I have a good high power stand, you will need a really good stand.
