Now that i have them both in hand I love them both.

Weight-G33 Wins
Mount- 4x Wins I Love the FTS
Eye-relief- G33 Wins
Field of View- To me i give this to the 4x wide screen view
Whoa Factory- G33 at this point because its hard to come by.
Value- 4x for sure not many mint models floating around.
Lense- G33 wins but not by much its like looking from 1080p to 1080i

Even you know I have to sell one I really like the 4x it just a little better because of the FTS at least to me.
