Primary Arms 30mm sighting issue

So im absolutely dumbfounded. I (with the help of 2-3 experienced shooters) can not sight in my red dot. at 100yrds im about 6-8 inches right of my target and i have no more room to twist the red dot left (sorry if not correct lingo)

anyone have any recommendations? my buddy said to take off the red dot from the mount and retry. He thinks maybe its crooked.

Have you tried it on another rifle?

First suggestion is to do so, that way you know if its the red dot, or the rifle rail.

If you can't get it zeroed on the other rifle, call PA and explain it. They will take care of you.

Sounds like the common mistake of moving the dot in the direction you want the point of impact to go. The dot goes opposite of the POI.

Since you have irons that are zeroed let do this. While looking through the irons (front and rear lined up) move the dot to rest on top of the front post. Walk in in. Don't try and move all the way with wind and elevation at one time. You can take the upper off and safely do this at home.
