Remington 700 mount question

I just purchase a Remington 700 XCR Tactical Long Range rifle and i want to figure out which scope and mount combo to get. One of the scopes is the Nikon M-308. This scope comes with a 20 Moa elevated M308 1-Piece mount . If I decide to go with this scope should I then get a zero cant base? Or 20 moa base? is 40 MOA to much?

Look at EGW scope bases, the tasco super snipers have 90 min of windage and elevation and are good entry level.
