Well I canceled my order for my Nikon p223 3x32, every time I looked online it was getting pushed back another month. So I am in need of a optic, I was thinking more along the lines of a EoTech 512...what say you?

I saw that today, I have a A2 style front sight, will this interfere with the sight picture?

it's hard to say without knowing the specs of your setup. I have an AR with a quad rail on which I mounted BUIS and can cowitness. If you have the original front sight tower, the triangle type, and a carrying handle it might work. If not you can either add risers or mount a flat top rail and BUIS.

I have the Colt 6920 MOE, so its got the magpul back flip up sight, no carry handle, I was thinking about getting the ARMS folding A2 Front sight.

Ours comes with a 3x magnifier in case you want to shoot further out. Over all its a great sight, I have personally owned one for 5+ years and have ran it hard!!

I'm not familiar with that rifle. If you have flip up sights, it sounds like you have a rail. If that is the case, you should be able to cowitness with no issue once you add the optic.

I have a 512 on a Rock River flat top with the standard front sight (triangle) and it provides an absolute co-witness. That ARMS folding front sight looks slick, just wish it was cheaper.
