PSL scope mount difficulties

I'm REALLY starting to think I should have gone w/ a FAL or AR-10...

Any PSL experts here? HELP!!! (Please.)

Ok, so I got the Kalinka low profile centered side mount scope rail to fit on my PSL. It was built on a Romanian import receiver from TG in Knoxville. As has been typical with all things on this receiver, it doesn't fit on there at all as far as I can figure out. But of course I know nearly nothing so in trying to figure this out I have zero information to go on. It appears that the side rail is too big to fit this thing on. Does anyone know much about this side mount and/or receiver and have much idea as to how to make this work so I don't shave off metal I need to keep?

Valdada.com call them they have IOR made PSL scope mounts or at least he did awhile back. Otherwise it's pretty much a roll of the dice and most of the made in belarus kalinka ones are garbage.
