5 moa dot, 33mm rings required and of course those are super common(not). Want higher rings to mount on something like an AR? Good luck paying $220 to get a pair.
You'd be better off with an aimpoint, eotech, etc. for that much money. If you're on a budget...
If you want to spend the $400 on that rapid reticle sight and rings:

I saw that Woot today too... not familiar enough with that RDS to consider it...
However, if I were in the market right now, I'd consider the Vortex StrikeFire on sale at PSA for $120 shipped (use the code "STRIKE") - I suspect it's a better choice than the Woot one.
