I am currently looking for a riser for my Eotech 552. Can anyone discuss the pros and cons between the 2?

I have a Larue QD 110 and Eotech 552 combo on my Spikes Tactical and it works great! Don't know anything about the other one.

I have all my optics mounted with LaRue mounts, 2 of which are Eotechs on LT-110s (one first gen the other current), no problems with either.

I've been loyal to the company due to their customer service, and amount of extra shwag they give you with your order.

I have no experience with ADM but have seen mostly good reviews on them. The AD-ETECH has more notches which might allow you a little more flexibility when mounting the Eotech on it.

If you just want to raise the optic to a 1/3 CW without the QD feature, YHM makes an inexpensive riser that's gotten some good reviews.
