    Bushmaster

    I have a Bushmaster XM15 flattop upper that I bought new about 10 years ago. Decided to put a scope on it for the wife to shoot .22 with it. Found out that I need to remove the rear sight to do that. Rear sight is a 1 piece deal with the upper rail. When I remove the upper rail there is no way to mount a scope! I contacted Bushmaster and they said they have a part #F1004157 that is just the flat rail. However, I cannot find that part on their website or in the catalog and they are not replying to my emails. I am sure I am not the first person to do this so does anyone know of a part or where I can get the part to mount a scope on my BM?

      Can you post a few pics of the upper on yoru Bushmaster? Having a hard time visualizing your rear sight and upper assembly.
