Vortex Strike Eagle vs Discovery Optics ED-PRS 5-25x56

I assumed anybody who claimed a Discovery Optics ED-PRS was just as good as a Vortex was full of BS. Now I'm not so sure. Vortex has better customer service, is lighter, and has brighter glass. But for less than half the price, the ED-PRS is pretty darn nice. And this isn't even the newest version of the ED-PRS Gen2, which has new tool-less turret.

Maybe, but the Strike Eagle is Vortex's cheaper "entry level" glass and turret hardware compared to the Viper PST.

There are dozens of scopes being made in a chinese factory that are being sold by a few dozen companies....

All same specs except labels and turret configuration.

If you use a scope - turrets can wear out. Vortex has your back for repairs.....

Off Brands will have low resale value

If on a budget, consider a used vortex
