    CR123 Batteries

Recommendation on batteries for EoTechs I have.

Down to a few of my last alkaline/lithium but was wondering if anyone has gone to a good rechargable battery or or just stick with old faithful and have extras. Figured with Prime day coming up may be some deals

    TIA

I have some RAV rechargeable CR123's that I like, but only use them for my Arlo cameras or flashlights. I don't think I'd trust them for use in a weapons optic. However, I haven't tried. Maybe they'd work just fine.

I use Dulex rechargables for my flashlight. They seem to be working fine.

Surefire or Streamlight batteries for me. I've bought hundreds. Never had any issues, and the price is right.

Rechargeable run normal and when they hit the voltage limit, shut off.... you don't get a dimming or warning... so rechargeable are generally viewed as OK for range toys, but not fighting rifles

I have around 100 of the Tennergy for AA, AAA and C. They are solid... I dont have their 123s
my bad- its looks like tennergy does not make a rechargeable 123

surefire does make them... or brands them

              SureFire SFLP123 3V Lithium 450mAh

              $29.00$29.00

I buy Surefire batteries in bulk which work out to around $1.50 each and they have a 10 year shelf-life. I wouldn't use a rechargeable for stored gear since they self-discharge and you never know when you'll turn it on only to find a dead battery. Rechargeables are handy for everyday use or practice sessions when you know you're starting with a full charge.

I use Panasonic batteries, I buy them in boxes of 50 from Battery Junction. Free shipping over $50.
I've been told that Surefire batteries are rebranded Panasonics.

I use whatever they come with, and then when they die put Surefire's in them. This goes for all my CR123 needs.
