    Saiga scope or sight

What do you suggest? Will this work? http://www.cdnninvestments.com/ak33resisemo.html

nevermind. I did a search for AK-47 scopes and found enough info on them. I definitely don't want to spend more than $90 on something like this: http://cheaperthandirt.com/SCP120-45496-1404.html

I suggest to just stay with iron sights.
    It's a blaster, not a precision rifle.
Iron sights have a better field of view.
Iron sights are faster to shoot with than optical sights.

Barrel, sight and trigger work on most pistols and shotguns.
    Most work performed while-you-wait.

Iron sights are for good eyes. Some of us need optics to be any good past 50 feet. Some of us need them for almost any practical distance.

Avoid anything that mounts to the dust cover. It will never hold zero. If you have the side mounted rail, use that.

Scroll down until you find the weaver mounts
Dedicated to Kalashnikov AK-74 small calibre assault rifle systems, Collector's Source provides hard to find data and images of all versions of European AK-74, AKS-74, AKS-74U "Krinkov," RPK-74, and others, including accessories and rare parts locator services.. Find it all at the Zone.

Add any optic you choose. I have a cheap BSA 30mm red dot that I use on my SKS, and it is more than enough to hit steal at 100 yards.

              Good selection here:

Welcome to Kalinka Optics Warehouse®! We are the low-price leader for superior optics. Our low prices are the best prices on professional grade equipment; we don't sell cheap optics rather we sell professional optics cheaply! We specialize in East European and Russian optics; professional optics at half the cost of Western brands and three times the quality of Asian brands. We offer a wide selection of binoculars, spotting scopes, rifle scopes, military and hunting scopes and accessories, red dot scopes, POSP & PSO military scopes, Kobra sights, side and top rifle scope mounts and much more. Our knowledgeable staff can answer most any question so don't hesitate to contact us.

Anything marked "AK" will fit the Saiga rail. I especially like the POSP 4x24. Calibrated for 7.62x39 to 300 meters, clear as day, and about $120. 4x is a good power for blasting, IMO.

The sight listed above from CTD isn't actually an AK-type scope (wrong clamp style), but it'll fit and work fine.

                  I got this cheapie mount.

It sits above the iron sights so you can use both.
