    ACOG Flip-Cap's

    Hey All,
I got the TA90 flip caps for my TA31RCO-M4CP and I'm pretty disappointed with them. The smaller of the caps that goes on the eye piece falls down after every shot. You can imagine how irritating that is. Can anyone recommend a different set? I've searched but can't find any other flip-caps for this ACOG. Let me know what you guys use. I am using the kill flash, not sure if that has any bearing but figured I would mention it just in case. Thanks!

They haven't been released yet, but these are going to be available for the 4x32 models eventually:

Don't ask me how, but I managed to get my hands on one, and it's awesome!

The Tenebraex one looks much more hardened then the original set. I'm hoping they make one in 4x32.

Like I said, I do in fact have one for the 4x32. If you're interested, I'd be more than happy to sell it to you.

I had the same problem when I received mine.. You have to be very careful not to set them too deeply or it will warp the set ring. I had to send mine back in and get a replacement. They work well now. But I do have to say that I have never shot them closed. I'll have to try it next time. This could be a pain if they open when using the RMR for CQB. Then again, I have mine set to open to the side and not up.
