I am looking at getting an Eotech, but I see so many different models out there. Which 3 are the best? Then I can make a decision from there. Thanks!

There is no "best"... there is "best for your situation".
Being that you've asked the question, my suggestion would be to get yourself an xps or exps depending on where you want your co-witness to be.
XPS for absolute, EXPS for 1/3rd lower co-witness.
Unless you rocking night vision, the night vision compatible version is not worth the extra cost. -
