Sight adjustment suggestions????

Ok I have a M&P 40 with the factory sights,they are good but I dont like the "Combat sight picture" In order for my POA and POI to match up I have to make sure the white dot on the front sight post is covering up my target.

I want to make it to where its more of a traditional sight picture, where my POI is slightly above the front sight post.... if that make sense....

You need a taller rear site then. Perhaps there are factory replacements in varioius heights?
