Just wondering if Trijicon made a standard mil-dot reticle for the ACOG. I've seen comparison charts most being the range finder. I remember shooting an AR15 a while back that was "said" to have a Trijicon which had mil-dot reticle.....just haven't seen one since.

Trijicon - Mil-Dot Reticle?
Tags: None -
To my knowledge, there are no ACOGs with Mildot reticles, but there is a company called BROWE, that is run by the former CEO(I believe) of Trijicon, and they produce a very ACOG-like sight with a Mildot reticle option. They are supposed to be really nice.

This is very interesting. So I'm assuming the ACOG on the AR I was shooting must have been a really good replica. Here's a pic of the ACOG when my wife was holding it:
What do you guys think? Real? Fake?

Not illuminated, at least when I shot it. Just a standard mildot reticle.Comment

Well, you wouldn't get much illumination out of that model, anyway. It only has a Tritium bulb which doesn't produce much light, even in total darkness.
Maybe Trijicon did produce a model with a mildot reticle at one time, but not currently. Have you tried contacting them and asking if it's something they can install for you?sigpicComment
