LMT Tactical Rear Sight Questions

Just purchased a set of LMT iron sights from a fello Calgunner. I had some questions about the sight that I was hoping someone with the same set could help me with.

On the rear sight, the adjustable aperture looks a little crooked. Is this normal or is something like a screw missing? I think one is missing but I am not sure.

Dude, the LMT sights are good. Stop worrying and start shooting.

I noticed that too and spoke to someone named Gene at LMT. He told me they send thousands of their rear sights to our Navy without any complaints. He also said not to be worried with this as they are normal and do not interfere with the accuracy or overall function.
