    Eotech's Customer Service

Just thought if pass this along:

Sent in my Eotech for repair. Batteries were not making good contact. Got an RA number and sent in a letter concerning my problem. Told them to let me know the charges for repair and I'd call in a credit card.

Week later on my doorstep is a brand new Eotech. No muss no fuss. I didn't expect this. Quite a treat. Nice to hear that customer service and quality still means something to some people. Eotech has made a customer for life. Thanks.

Outstanding. I just picked up a 553 and so far I love it. Glad to hear they stand behind their product. Makes the high price a little easier to bear.

Yep they are on par with springfield cs. Thats why thier customers are so loyal. Great products with great manufacturer support. Just cant deny it when you think about it.

I had a used 3x FTS magnifier flat out BREAK on a shooting trip. The entire prism assembly inside (or whatever it is) just got loose and was flopping around.

Got back on Sunday. Called them Monday. Had an RMA number Monday. Shipped to them Tuesday. They got it Thursday and shipped me a new one Friday, no charge.

I called them all worried that they'd refuse to help because it was older and purchased secondhand. No questions, no problems, just shipped me a new one.

Nice to hear, I was looking into vortex optics because of their customer service reviews but was set on a HWS so I picked up an exps3-4 and glad to hear about their customer service because their warranty card only advertised a 2year limited warranty.

I have a 512 (made in 2008) that I bought with my AR from a calgunner last year. The reticule was dim even at the max setting with new batteries. I called them, got an RMA number and sent it in. It came back brighter than ever at no charge. I was very pleased with their service. The turn around was about 1 week.

I've got a 512 in right now. It was dim, had a nitrogen leak, and the reflector glass came off, plus it's convex mirror was out of alignment. I repaired the reflector and the mirror myself because I need the optic the next day. But once I had the time, I sent it in. It was out of warranty so I was concerned about cost. They said: We don't care how bad it is, it's only $79 for repair. Sent it out, they got it friday. I am very happy that they stand behind a product so confidently.

But waiting for it to come back is almost as bad as waiting 10 days to pick up a gun. Lol, i'm having withdrawls...

I'm looking to buy a magnifier now, got a chance to try out the combo while doing some private range stuff and it's just the most natural transitioning setup.

Had the same issue with my 512, dimmed recticule. It was also out of warranty, so all they charged was $79. Within a week, they sent me out a brand new 512. Great service...
