Vortex Binoculars

Hey all, I am in the market for a fairly inexpensive, but decent quality set of binocs. Not looking for anything really fancy, probably fixed 8x power, but I would like something with good quality optics. Does anyone have any experience with Vortex products? My budget is about $200 (preferably less) and with their seemingly great warranty, they appear to be a good value for dollar.

Vortex manufactures some great optics. However, i would also recommend taking a look at our OPMOD 8x42 binocular:
