n.f or razor??

i have looked at night force 5.5-22x50 i like it, can not find vortez razor to look at anyone have any insight?? and is zero stops worth extra money on n.f??

You're comparing 2 very nice optics there. I have used both and can honestly say that it would be a coin toss for me. I am a huge NF supporter and believe they have some of the best scopes out there. With that being said, Vortex has come out with some major rivals for the bigger names. The PST line is amazing and the Razor scopes are absolute top notch as well. very nice solid turrtes and a 100% repeatable scope.

I would tip my hat to the illumination on the NF scope though, its more user friendly and the settings were better on my eyes. The lower setting were still seen by my eyes and the brighter settings did not bleed out teh lines nor my vision.

As for zero stop, it is not needed, but it a very nice investment to make. I would go with it. Makes it easier to not count and keep tract of clicks all the time.

Glass on both are excellent. Dont forget the the Razor is FFP and the Night Force is SFP. Depending on what you plan on doing with the scope is what will tell you which one will better suite your needs. I have used both and I would recommend the Razor. For the money you get a lot of good features and great glass.

forgot n.f is second plane, will be shooting target 100-600 yard maybe 1000 my eyes are not great, was thinking ffp but i have not played with one, with liberty cal-guns 10% off razor will be couple bucks cheaper

They are both excellent optics with good glass. You'd be OK with either, but if you plan to do ranging with the reticle then the FFP Razor might get the nod.

Get the NF 3x15 FFP or SFP. I have the sfp zero HS mlr2/mlr2 and its great. You dont need 20x for 1-600
